Two options:

1) Home page: Click the Food button in the upper left corner

2) Search tab: Search for your food in the 1000+ foods database, or use the AI assistant to analyze a composite dish. Select the portion and confirm.

Go to the Assistant tab and ask your question about a food or dish. The AI will analyze the ingredients, calculate purines and give you an instant answer based on USDA/NIH data.

Open the Attacks tab and click New Attack. Indicate the pain intensity (1-10), select the affected joint (toe, knee, ankle...), and add notes if necessary.

In the Hydration tab, select the type of container (glass, bottle, flask) and the quantity drunk. The recommended goal is 2L per day to eliminate uric acid.

The Analysis tab displays your daily and weekly graphs with color codes (green/orange/red) according to your purine intake. You can see your averages, totals and compliant days.

Check your internet connection. If the problem persists, log out and log back in under Settings → Account.
